Hey, There!
I’m Vanessa.
Vanessa Alepa was born and bred in Kenya and resides in the oldest city of Germany. She is a short story writer, a summer cyclist (You’ll never find me cycling in Winter. The freezing temperatures are just too unbearable), she is into hiking and appreciates captivating books (anything to do with Jan Phillip Sendker, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Hussein Khalid, Jonas Jonasson or Paulo Coelho).
She finds stories in everyday life, While cooking, meeting up with friends for coffee, reading the newspaper, hiking, riding the bus or train or while doing something as simple as taking the trash out.
When not writing, Vanessa can be found in an office, right at the heart of the city of Luxembourg. Meet her there for a cup of coffee and a good conversation or accompany her on one of her rides!

“Reading books is the best way to re-live adventures through the authors eyes. That is why I enjoy reading and writing.”
